+ You have pickleball, what else can I do?

We're all about the games! Besides our true love (Pickleball) we'll also have corn hole, ping pong, other yard games and table games. Just here to cheer? No worries. We have an outdoor lounge, indoor bar, big screen TVs and live music to keep you entertained. Find out what’s happening soon!

+ Can we bring the kids?

Kids are welcome until 8:00 pm when we are open to ages 18 and up.

+ What is the parking situation?

We have our own lot located on-site with 9 spots and plenty of street parking. We also have overflow lot located one block away at the corner of Rousseau & St Andrew. Please see the map below for the location of the overflow lot.

+ What kind of food do you have?

That all depends on the day 😉 Check out our food and events calendar to see who will be dishing it up.

+ Can I bring my dog?

Dogs are welcome on our outdoor patio on Saturdays and Sundays currently and must be on a leash the entire time. We have water bowls, dog treats and poop bags available.

+ Can I rent a paddle?

Of course! No need to come with your own Pickleball gear - paddle and ball rentals are available.

+ What gear should I wear?

We recommend wearing whatever you’d normally wear for a workout (athletic shorts, leggings, tee shirt, you know the drill!) and please opt for athletic shoes with non-marking soles.

+ Can I be a member?

+ Can I Join a team?

For sure! We have weekly leagues as well as tournaments. Click the login button to see our schedule.

+ Can I have a party at The Exchange?

YES! Private pickleball events are always a winner in our books. For casual get together events at The Exchange, you’re welcome to book a court and bring a group, but please limit your court to 8 people to be considerate to those on the courts around you. If you want to ensure that a court is available to your group at the time of your event, we advise reaching out to our booking team.

We offer a variety of options for events with unique spaces and amenities for everyone. We have various semi-private options, both inside and outside, as well as a dedicated team for large private events. Head on over to the private events page to let us know a bit more about what you’d like to do and we’ll get in touch with you to book.

+ What if I’ve never played pickleball before?

Pickleball is easy to pick up! You can read all about the rules, and if you’d like a little one-on-one or a group training session just sign up with one of our Pickleball coaches.

+ What is your cancellation policy?

CANCELATION POLICY

We are excited to report that our Open Plays have become quite popular.  However, some people are signing up for Open Play and not cancelling timely or are “no shows.”  Please remember our cancellation policy as follows:

Courts, Open Plays and Lessons may be cancelled up to 24 hours before your reservation.  Thereafter, there are no refunds.  Members, who do not cancel timely or are “no shows” to Open Play, will be charged the $16.00 rate that non-members pay.   Please see full details on PlayByPoint when you book your court. If you are sick or injured, please call and we may provide club credits on a case-by-case basis.

+ Where do I store my stuff?

In our lockers! No need to keep an eye on your belongings when it’s game time.
