What is “Open Play”?
Open Play is a way to dink with new people at a designated time. Start by placing your paddle in one of the racks and wait until a spot opens up. The spirit of Open Play is to play with different pickleballers every time! Please make sure to choose the correct level of play as we offer various levels from newbies to advanced players.

Do I have to bring my own paddle?
The Exchange offers paddles and balls to rent for $5.
What type of events can I host?
Let your imagination run wild; we host everything from 12 to 500 person events.
Can I dine without dinking?
Of course! We have a great rotating menu for you to check out. View the menu here
Are pets allowed?
The Exchange is a pet-friendly place to dine and dink! Please remember to always keep your furry friend on leash and off court.
What is the cancellation policy?
Reservations must be cancelled within 24 hours otherwise you will be charged unless you are a member (check out the perks here)
How do I reserve a court?
Anyone can reserve a court. Click here to reserve one. Bookings open seven days in advance with a maximum of 8 players a court. Bring your buddies and swap in and out to play. Pricing depends on time of the day and day of the week.
What type of courts are there?
At The Exchange, we have 6 hard indoor courts and 1 hard outdoor court.
What are the hours of operation?
Sun-Thurs: 8 am – 9 pm; Fri & Sat: 8 am – 10 pm
What type of shoes should I wear?
Please wear athletic, non-marking soled shoes.
Can I purchase a gift card?
Yes! Gift cards can be bought on the website or in person. They can be redeemed for court rentals, paddle purchases, food, or drinks.
I’ve never played pickleball before, what do I do?
A great way to start is to go to our website and book a “Learn to Play” under the lessons tab in the “Play” dropdown. This intro clinic will teach you the basics in a welcoming way. We can get you ready by teaching you the fundamentals and essential shots.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes, waivers can be signed either upon arrival or when you create your account. We recommend you come five minutes before your reservation if you have not signed a waiver prior.
