The Exchange is a pickleball bar and private event venue in New Orleans’ Lower Garden District. We’re the only dedicated pickleball bar in New Orleans combining indoor and outdoor courts with a full bar, full kitchen, live music, and yard games — all under one roof.

Our Story

The Exchange was built by a team of sports lovers and New Orleans hospitality veterans who wanted to bring something genuinely new to the city. We combined our love of competition, community, and NOLA-style entertainment to create a space where anyone — from first-time players to seasoned competitors — can show up, have fun, and leave with new friends.

Sip + Serve


The Exchange is the first dedicated pickleball facility and private event venue in the Gulf South that combines both indoor and outdoor courts with food, drinks, and live music. Bringing pickleball to New Orleans just made sense: what’s a better pair than sip + serve? We combined our love of sports and NOLA-style entertainment to create The Exchange.

Meet Our Team

Sasha Salk

Pickleball Pro

Our pickleball pro, Coach Sasha Salk, is a 7+ year New Orleans resident and Tulane University graduate. Sasha grew up playing tennis competitively and ping pong recreationally. In 2020, Sasha transitioned to pickleball with ease, and is still undefeated in tournaments. Sasha is patient, kind, enthusiastic, and encouraging, but also has the ability to turn on the jets and get competitive when necessary. Sasha is an excellent instructor for all age levels, has lots of experience working with kids, and has a working knowledge of Spanish. When not on the pickleball courts, Sasha enjoys writing and playing music, riding his bike, frisbee golf, and watching sports. Sasha has helped many take their game to the next level and is eager to help you improve!

Lee Eberly

Pickleball Pro

Coach Lee Eberly is excited to join The Exchange as a PPR Certified Pickleball Pro, bringing a strong foundation in both competitive play and coaching. Growing up playing tennis, Lee developed a deep understanding of racquet sports before transitioning to pickleball, where he now competes in 4.5+ tournaments. A graduate of the University of South Carolina with a degree in Sports Management, he previously worked as a pickleball pro at Greenville Country Club, where he helped players of all levels improve their technical skills, strategic approach, and overall enjoyment of the game. With a passion for competition and fun, Coach Lee is eager to help players at The Exchange elevate their pickleball experience.

The Exchange is New Orleans’ only private event venue built around pickleball — with seven courts, a full bar, and a full kitchen all under one roof in the Lower Garden District. We host everything from corporate team builders and company happy hours to bachelorette parties and milestone celebrations, with buyout options for groups of 20 to 150 guests. No pickleball experience is needed — we’ll have your whole group playing within minutes. Just 1.3 miles from the Convention Center, it’s an easy, memorable way to bring people together.
